Alliance Sciences New England is based in Waltham, MA, the famed "Watch City" that pioneered watch quality and production in the 1850's. Now Waltham is better known as the heart of the Route 128 technology corridor, the primary technology launching ground on the east coast. The region supports a "who's who" of technology pioneers and leaders. In Cambridge, we boast the world's leading institutions for business and technology research, development and management (notably Harvard and MIT). While these are the best known schools, there are a total of 61 colleges and universities in the Boston area.
Whether you know Boston as "The hub of the universe", where the "shot heard round the world" was fired, for the Kennedy's and Cape Cod, Route 128, Cambridge, Beantown or most recently "Genetown" due to the region's role in biotech - the history of progress and uncanny innovation is well worth studying and participating in... thought leadership is never at rest in Boston.
